I agree with Kahos that the tyre (that's how it's spelt in England) is the first thing to look at. If the tyre is rubbing, there will be obvious rub marks on the tyre. You could also check the belt tension. The belt may be slack and rubbing on the belt guards.
You could also check the rear shocks by pushing down on the rear of the bike while stationary to see if it makes the noise.
